Sales Target for Salesperson
Overview
This Odoo apps helps to manage sales target for salesperson. User can set the target for individual sales person for a specific period and also send email to a particular sale person and resposible with targeted details. You can set sales target based on specific date internal which helps to generate sales target for monthly, quarterly or for specific date period. We have provided option to achieve target based on sales order confirmation and while invoice is paid.
Feature
- Sales Manager can easily set sales target for salesperson.
- Sales Manager can assign Currency for the Sales Target.
- The Salesperson can view only own sales target details and achivements.
- Sales manager can set target point on Sales Order Confirmation, Invoice Validation and Invoice Paid.
- Sales Total for the period of the sales target
- Target Reached (in percentage (%), based on the sales of sales orders confirmation)
- Invoiced Total during the target period
- Target Reached (in percentage (%), based on the invoice validation and invoice paid)
- Email notification with proper traget details.(Manually, Confirm Sales Target, Close Sales Target)
- Works in Multi-Company and Multi-Currency Environment.
How It Works
Sales Target for Salesperson
Only Sales Manager can Create Sales Target for Sales persons.
Validation... Target amount should be greater than 0(Zero).
Here, We have 3 target points
- Sale Order Confirm
- Invoice Validation
- Invoice Paid
Once Manage confirm the Sales Target. Salesperson get the email notification.
After Sales Target confirmation, all fields values are readonly.
Target Point : Sale Order Confirm
Once Salesperson confirm any Quotation(Sales Order) between sales target start date and end date,
it will automatically reflect in Sales Target record.
Target Point : Invoice Validation
Once Salesperson validate any Invoice between sales target start date and end date,
it will automatically reflect in Sales Target record.
Target Point : Invoice Paid
Once any Invoice is paid of that salesperson between sales target start date and end date,
it will automatically reflect in Sales Target record.
Validation... User can close sales target after End Date.
Once manager close the sales target, state will be change to Close and salesperson get the email notification.
Email notification manually : Manager can send email manually from Send Mail button to Salesperson.
Access Rights : Salesperson can view only own sales target.

Hi,
We are looking for an ODOO app to maintain the sales targets by each sales center, by each financial year, and by each month (January to December).
Different targets are to be set by each month of each year.
Target values are without Tax.
(These target values are to be uploaded for the whole year at once and it happens once a year.)
These figures will be taken to calculate the achievements of sales targets by each sales center on each month.
Please let me know if your software can cater to such a requirement or if you have some other software that can cater to our requirements.
