Inventory Count Dashboard & Analytics

This module enhances the inventory counting process by adding powerful dashboards and analytical views. It is designed as an extension of the Physical Stock Inventory Count & Adjustment with Session-Based Management application, offering managers and teams a clear, real-time picture of stock counting activities.

The dashboard provides a consolidated overview of all inventory counts and sessions, including totals, drafts, ongoing, approved, rejected, cancelled, and pending approvals. Along with session details, it helps track the number of draft, ongoing, and completed sessions across different warehouses and locations.

A date range filter is available at the top of the dashboard. When applied, all analytical views and metrics update automatically to reflect only the inventory count data within the selected period. This allows users to focus on specific timelines for more accurate monitoring and reporting.

For deeper insights, the dashboard also includes product-wise and category-wise views, giving users the flexibility to focus on particular products or categories whenever needed. This makes it easy to analyze counts at different levels—whether by individual product, by product category, or across the entire inventory.

Additionally, the dashboard presents user-wise inventory counts, warehouse-wise counts, and time consumed by each user during the stock counting process. These insights make it easy to monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate accuracy across different locations and products.

With its combination of filters, detailed analytics, and visual graphs, this module ensures inventory managers always have the right insights at their fingertips to make informed decisions and keep the counting process efficient and transparent.

At the top of the dashboard, users can select a Start Date and End Date to filter the inventory counts and sessions within that specific time range. After selecting the dates, click Apply to refresh the data displayed.

Inventory Count Details Section

This section provides a summary of all inventory counts. Each tile (Total Counts, Draft Counts, Ongoing Counts, etc.) is clickable. When a user clicks on a tile, it opens a tree view filtered by that specific status.

  • Total Counts: Total number of inventory counts within the selected period.

Inventory Session Details Section

This section shows details of inventory sessions. Each tile here is also clickable and opens a tree view filtered by the selected status.
