POS Multi Currency Payment
Odooâs default Point of Sale system is limited to processing payments in a single base currency. This can be challenging for businesses that serve international customers who wish to pay in foreign currencies.
POS Multi Currency Payment bridges this gap by allowing cash payments in multiple currencies directly from the POS payment screen. It enables real-time currency conversion, displays accurate transaction details on receipts, and provides a clear breakdown of received currencies at session closing.

Activate currency from accounting->configuration->currencies
Configure accepted foreign currencies for cash payments directly from the POS settings.
On the POS payment screen, you can select a configured foreign currency to accept as a cash payment. The applicable exchange rate will be displayed, and the system will automatically convert the amount accordingly. You can also manually adjust the payment amount using the numeric keypad in case the customer wishes to make a partial payment.
Foreign currency payment details will be clearly displayed on the customer's receipt.
During POS session closing, you can view a clear breakdown of payments received in each foreign currency.
