Stock Picking Batch Print Invoices

This module extends the functionality of stock batch pickings and to allows you to print multiple invoices from batches. You can configure a type operation for print only invoices, invoices and pickings or invoices or pickings

Use Cases / Context

Food wholesalers have very little time to fill all their trucks with the goods that are planned to be sold on that day.

There is no time to waste when it comes to printing multiple delivery notes and invoices. When it is done, it is necessary to print multiple copies of these documents. It is faster to distribute them if they are all together.

This module was developed to cover this or a similar use case, and increase efficiency when filling many trucks.

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

Activate Batch Transfers:

  1. Go to Inventory > Configuration > Settings > Operations.
  2. Activate Batch Transfers

Activate invoice printing from batch:

  1. Go to Inventory > Configuration > Operation Types.
  2. Choose one already created or create new operation type.
  3. Select Invoices, Invoices and Pickings or Invoices or Pickings in Print documents from batch.
  4. Fill in the number of copies you want.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

  1. Go to Sales > Orders > Quotations.
  2. Create some new quotations with storable products.
  3. Confirm quotation.
  4. Go to Inventory > Operations > Batch Transfers.
  5. Create new batch and add deliveries if the orders confirmed before.
  6. Validate Batch.
  7. Go to Sales > To Invoice > Orders to Invoice.
  8. Select orders confirmed before and create invoices.
  9. Go to Inventory > Operations > Batch Transfers.
  10. Select batch created before.
  11. Click on Delivery Slips / Invoices.
  12. All delivery slips and invoices of the pickings in the batch will be printed as many time as configured.
  13. It is also possible to print delivery slips / invoices for several batches.
