Configuration
Enable this option to use wolt functionality for the selected restaurant
Wolt Credentials
Enter your Wolt username, password, and API key below. Additionally, you must register the provided webhook endpoint on the Wolt platform to enable and receive real-time order notifications and updates.
Wolt payment method configuration
Add a Wolt payment method in the restaurant to distinctly identify and manage Wolt orders separately.
Wolt Restaurant
Add Restaurant Name, Venue ID, and Opening Timings in the Wolt restaurant form view. Easily update the restaurant's online/offline status and opening hours with a single button click.
Wolt Menu
Add menu details and select the restaurant. Synchronize the menu with Wolt effortlessly with a single button click.
Wolt Order view(POS)
The module will automatically fetch new orders placed on Wolt and display them on the POS screen along with Wolt Order Id. Multiple buttons will be available for managing Wolt orders directly from the POS interface.
Wolt Preorder
In case of Preorder, Order time will be visible on POS screen to manage order accordingly.
Accept Order
Easily accept orders by clicking the "Accept Order" button. The order status will be automatically updated in the Wolt system as well.
Marking Order as Ready
Easily mark order as ready by clicking the "Order Ready" button. The order status will be automatically updated in the Wolt system as well.
POS Order Filters
Utilize filters for ready orders and terminated orders on the POS order screen. Terminated orders will include both rejected and cancelled orders for streamlined management.
Wolt Order Payment
Close the POS order related to Wolt using the Wolt payment method to facilitate easy identification of Wolt orders and payments.
Filter POS orders
Differentiate Wolt orders from other orders by using the "isWolt" filter.
Wolt Order Many2one
Check the Wolt order status and order details using the provided Many2one field in the POS order model.
Wolt Order Form view
Track the Wolt order status and additional details for effective management.
POS payments Groupping
Track payments done by Wolt payment method.
User Instructions:
Before managing Wolt orders within Odoo, you must register with the Wolt team and obtain your required credentials.
Register the Wolt webhook endpoint found under POS > Configuration > Settings > Wolt credentials in the Wolt system to start receiving order notifications.
The Accept Order button will handle both normal orders and preorders automatically, hitting the preorder endpoint when applicable.
The Terminated Orders filter on the POS order screen will include both rejected and cancelled orders.
