Subcontracting in Work Orders

This module helps generate PO for subcontracting services, raw material delivery order to supplier and receipt automatically from work order for subcontracting component product BOM and updates PO, receipt and delivery by updating quantity on the MO.

Features @Subcontracting Work Order

  • Configure subcontracting on the routing of the BOM of finished product.
  • Upon creating MO of the finished product workorders will be generated and on the subcontracted workorder, the POs, deliveries and receipts associated with any component products on the MO are created.
  • On Subcontracting POs, related MO is linked in the form view as well as kanban view.
  • Multi Company Support.
  • Updates PO, receipt and delivery by updating quantity on MO.
  • If 'Subcontract WorkOrders' is not marked in the manufacting settings, the subcontracting will also work on MO as per our dependent Subcontract module

Hi,

The problem I encounter is that I have a client, who today, for the same product, can be completely manufactured by him, or subcontracts certain operations. This subcontracting is not defined at the BOM level, but this is the case when carrying out the MO.
During these subcontracting operations, it is important for odoo to generate the service request PO to the subcontractor. Is this possible with this module?

This module covers exactly what you explained for your client's needs. on top of this, we have one more module that allows a fully dynamic configuration of what product you want to send and what product you want to receive. this can be done completely on a stock rules base. even internal subcontracting rules cover under that module.

You can use the following URL to check

fully dynamic location base

Good morning
I currently work at Smart Improve Consulting, and we are an Odoo partner in Portugal.

However, we identified a need that odoo cannot respond to, which is the acquisition of a subcontracting service in workorders.

Is it possible to have access to the app so that we can test it and see if it responds to our needs?

Hello Carla,

We are not providing any live test URLs for our app store module but we can do one thing for a solution. we can do this part with a local setup and will do a related meeting to show the whole demo with a QA session.

You can reach me via email

vinay.ra@vperfectcs.com

vinusoft85@gmail.com

or you can use the same for Microsoft team or Google Meet respectively.
