POS Customer Queue
Assign queue ticket numbers to customers right from the POS.

What it does
A Queue button assigns the next ticket number to the current customer. Tickets are numbered automatically by a sequence (Q001, Q002, â¦) and listed in the backend so staff can call and mark them served.

How to use â step by step
1. Tap "Queue" at the POS
The next ticket number is assigned and the cashier is notified (Q003, Q004, â¦).
2. Manage the queue in the backend
Point of Sale → Reporting → Customer Queue â call tickets and toggle "Served".
