POS Minimum Charge

Enforce a minimum transaction amount before a POS order can be validated.

What it does

Set a Minimum Transaction Amount per Point of Sale. When a cashier tries to validate an order below that amount, validation is blocked and a popup shows the minimum and the current total. Set the amount to 0 to disable.

How to use — step by step

1. Set the minimum in POS settings

Settings → Point of Sale → Payments → Minimum Transaction Amount.

2. Orders below the minimum can't be validated

Validating an order under the minimum is blocked — a popup explains why and the order stays open instead of being finalized.
