POS WebUSB Printer (Direct Browser Printing)
⚠️ DISCONNECTED ISSUE? (Unable to Claim Interface)
If you see "Pairing Failed" or "Unable to Claim Interface", follow these steps to release the printer from your OS drivers:
WebUSB is a modern standard currently supported only by Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It is not supported by Firefox or Safari.
Run sudo rmmod usblp in your terminal to disable kernel
auto-claim.
Use Zadig tool to replace the current driver with WinUSB.
Turn the printer OFF and ON while the pair window is open.
No IoT Box Required
Stop paying for expensive IoT Boxes or network printers. Print directly to standard USB thermal printers with zero local hardware middleware.
Kitchen & Bar Receipts
Designed for both Main Receipts and Kitchen/Order tickets. Fully compatible with Restaurant mode to keep your kitchen staff synchronized.
Native Browser Engine
Uses the modern WebUSB API. No drivers, no proxy software, and no complex network setup. Plug and print in seconds.
Simple Workflow
Easy 4-step setup to get your printer running browser-native.
1. Enable WebUSB Printer
Navigate to POS Settings and toggle the WebUSB Printer option.
2. Pair Printer in POS
Open the POS interface and click the Pair button in the navbar.
3. Select USB Device
Select your thermal printer from the browser's USB device picker.
4. Ready to Print
Once connected, the icon turns green and your receipts will print directly.
