Hotel User Roles

Hotel Manager

Hotel manager to access all details regarding the hotel, including information related to restaurant operations, laundry services, transportation services, room and hall bookings, and overall hotel configuration.

Hotel Reception

Hotel receptionist to create and manage room and hall bookings, handle restaurant operations, transportation and laundry services. The receptionist can access all details except for the hotel's configuration.

Laundry User

Hotel laundry user to receive laundry orders and complete them within the given time. laundry user only access to the hotel laundry services.

Restaurant User

restaurant user can access restaurant-related details such as adding new food items to the menu, receiving restaurant orders from customers and guests.Restaurant User can only access hotel Restaurant Orders.

Housekeeper User

Housekeeping user to manage housekeeping-related activities such as cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and halls, Housekeeping user only access Housekeeping.

Transport User

Transport user to manage transportation details such as pick-up and drop-off services for guests. sRestrict the access of the transport user only to the transportation-related services in the hotel.

Hotels Room Booking

Booking

hotel room and hotel hall booking allows you to select a room with specific details, confirm your reservation, and cancel it as needed. Track your booking through various stages including draft, confirmed, checked-in, checked-out, cancel.

Agent Details

Agent Details includes commission based on fixed amount and a percentage of the booking amount. This should be set up at the time of the room booking. and bill should be generated at the time of checkout for particular room booking.

Room Booking

Book a room with check-in and check-out dates, charged based on nights stayed. Manage room bookings so that rooms are not available during already booked time periods.

Room Change

You can change your room after confirm booking or during check-in, and the updated information will be reflected in your booking.

Extra Person Charges

The number of extra people you may accommodate will depend on the room's capacity; rates differ for adults and children, and charges are also determined by the type of room.

Seasonal Prices

Seasonal pricing is based on the season that is added to the type of room; when a reservation is made, the price is determined based on the season, check-in and check-out dates.

Transportation Details

Transportation services for customers with pickup and drop-off options from airports or other locations. and Transportation charges Charge based on the vehicle used and distance traveled.

Customer Proof

Collect and manage proof details of customers during the booking confirmation or check-in process.

Advance Booking / Deposits

Advance payment option at the time of booking confirmation. The deposited amount will be deducted from the total bill at the time of check-out.

Laundry Service

laundry services Offer facilities to hotel guests where they can give their clothes for washing and the charges them based on the quantity.

Restaurant Service

Restaurant services provided to guests where they can place food orders and reserve tables for special occasions. Charges will be based on the food ordered and the table reservation if applicable.

Extra Services

Offer additional services to customers based on their requirements and charge them accordingly.

Reporting

A PDF report with booking details can be printed, and Excel is also accessible with statistics on room bookings.

Hotel Hall Booking

Hall Booking

Hall Booking allow customers to book halls for special events such as weddings and parties, charging them based on the duration of the booking. Confirm and cancel hall bookings at any time, with applicable cancellation charges.

Advance / Booking Confirmation

Advance payment option at the time of booking confirmation. The deposited amount will be deducted from the total bill and creating invoice at the time of completing event.

Extra Services

Offer additional services to customers based on their requirements and charge them accordingly.

Restaurant Orders

Manage restaurant operations including receiving food orders, managing food items, and handling table reservations.

Manage hotel transportation services such as picking up and dropping off guests at their destination, charging them accordingly for the service.
