Key Features
- Automatically creates an analytic plan named 'Vehicles' for each company in a multi-company environment.
- Automatically assigns each vehicle to a dedicated analytic account within the 'Vehicles' plan (automatically created if it does not already exist).
- Supports distributing costs across multiple vehicles on vendor bill lines or purchase receipt lines (if the Purchase Receipt feature is activated) using analytic accounts.
- Allows generating Vendor Bills from vehicle costs.
- Enables creating Purchase Receipts from vehicle costs (if the Purchase Receipt feature is activated).
- Tracks detailed revenue and expenses per vehicle through analytic lines for comprehensive financial tracking.
- Facilitates revenue recognition at the vehicle level using analytic entries.
Notes
- Full accounting features must be activated to use this module. If you are using Odoo Community Edition, you can explore various modules on the Odoo Apps Store that enable accounting features.
- The Analytic Accounting feature must be enabled, as this module depends on it.
- To use the feature for generating and linking with Purchase Receipts, the Purchase Receipt functionality must be enabled in the system.
- After installing this module, the Vehicle field on vendor bill lines in the vendor bill form view will be hidden, as it is no longer needed.
