The Problem

By default, the system provides two options for Notification Management:

  • Handle by Emails: notifications are sent to the users' email. This is the default option for new users.
  • Handle in Odoo: notifications appear in the users' Odoo Inbox but no is email sent to the users.

The Solution

We provides a feature that allows sending notifications to both the system Inbox and the user's Email with the Handle by Emails option.
