Create / Import Bank Statement
This app makes importing bank statements quick and hassle-free. It supports multiple formats, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Plus, you can download free sample sheets for easy reference, making statement management smoother than ever.
This app lets you import a Bank Statement in a few simple clicks
Latest Features
In this app you can Import Bank Statement very easily. Simply by clicking on Import statement in Acounting Dashbord Page
CSV and Excel both these format are supported in this app. You can easily upload the file.
You can easily download free sample sheets for reference.
Create Statement
If you want to generate a new statement click on "Create Statement" button
Statement Details
Once you click on "Create Statement" Wizard will display this screen. Here you will fill the required details to import.
Invalid Field Message
A POP-UP will display on the Screen with the message of "Invalid Fields" if any section is blank.
The Wizard will provide you two options: one to simply "Save" the details and the other with "Save and Import" When Click on save after filling the required details
Import Statement
Transactions list will look empty as the bank statement file has not been imported. For importing the file click the "IMPORT STATEMENT" button and upload the file.
File Format
CSV and Excel format is supported by this module. For reference you can download the sample bank statement sheet or you can directly import the .csv or .xlsx file.
If file format is not supported by the module
An error message will be displayed on the sceen if the file format is not supported by the module.
Click on "upload your file". Choose the correct file format for uploading (should be CSV or Excel) after selecting file click on import.
As the file is imported, Bank statement will now appear in the list. The Total Amount and End Balance should always be the same.
When you Click on Save and Import After completing the details
Wizard directly display the Import file Screen, where you can import the file at the time of saving. (Rest of the process will be the same)
