"Accounting(Payment) Buttons Access" category. By assigning users to these groups, administrators can control which users can perform specific Accounting(Payment)-related actions in Odoo.
This module defines access control groups related to sales functions, such as confirming payments, canceling a payments, and so on. By assigning users to these groups, administrators can control who can perform these actions in the app.

So all the buttons are hided in the Accounting(payments)
When you checked the "Confirm" button for specific user. The user will allow to "Confirm" the payments
