Salary Increment
"Salary Increment"
Defines a wizard in Odoo for handling salary increments.
Users initiate the wizard, input the new wage and effective date, then confirm the increment.
The employee's contract is updated, and a record is created to track the details.
This facilitates transparent and accountable HR processes within the Odoo system.
How it Works
