There are two categories, each with different pricing:

WhatsApp message templates are specific message formats that you can use multiple times to connect with your customer once they've opted-in to receive a message from you. I purchased this module for WhatsApp integration with Odoo, but I found it to be extremely buggy and unreliable. The bot's behavior was illogical and unpredictable, and the module was overall not functional as expected.
I contacted the developer for a refund, but they refused and stopped providing support. I strongly recommend against purchasing this module.
Here are some specific examples of the problems I encountered:
For more than 10 days, I tried to work with the developer to fix these problems, but they were not responsive or helpful. I eventually had to give up and find a different solution.
I am writing this review to warn others from making the same mistake that I did. This module is not usable for real business, and the developer does not provide adequate support.
Please note that this review is based on my own personal experience, and it is possible that other users have had different results. However, I would strongly advise against purchasing this module until the developer has fixed the many problems that I encountered.
