Goto Users in Users & Companies at settings then enable Readonly Sale order line unit Price, Readonly purchase order line unit Price, Readonly Invoice line unit Price.
Unit Price in sale order lines is readonly now.
Unit Price in purchase order lines is readonly now.
Unit Price in invoice lines is readonly now.
