User Approval

This module ensures that only authorized users can utilize the system, maintaining security and compliance with organizational policies.

Overview

Users can log in to their accounts after receiving approval from the administrator. Until approval is granted, access to the account is restricted. This process ensures that only authorized users are able to access the system, thereby upholding security and adhering to organizational policies.

Settings

Enable the Free Sign up option in the Settings, then save the changes.

Sign Up

Please proceed with the sign-up process by entering your accurate and complete credentials

Approval Message

After signing up, you will receive a notification confirming that your registration is pending approval.

Admin Approval

Now, log in as an administrator and navigate to the "Users Approvals" submenu under "Users & Companies." Then, proceed to approve the user.

After approval, attempt to log in using the same email and password.

You're all set to start using your account now!
