Assuming your business is a spa. Direct phone calls from clients to your customer care staff to schedule beauty appointments can be resource intensive as you have to receive, schedule, and schedule appointments for those clients.
Instead, the Appointment feature allows your customers to proactively track available time slots and schedule appointments with spa staff through your website. Management and staff will also receive notifications of appointments to proactively manage their schedules.

The manager and staff at the spa track customer appointments
- Receive scheduled appointments.
- Manage appointments.
Note:
- The staff member who receives the appointment will receive email notifications at the time the customer schedules the appointment and before the appointment takes place.
- Depending on the type of appointment, the spa staff will need to take different follow-up actions. For example, if a customer schedules a consultation appointment, the staff member will need to follow up on opportunities and continue to care for the customer. If a customer schedules a skincare appointment, the staff member can directly create a sales order from the appointment, and the customer can pay after using the service. The Appointment application can integrate with other applications to automate follow-up actions for staff members.
