What Is Does
By default, changing the status of labor contracts is done by clicking on the status in the header bar. However, this method is not optimal for controlling workflows, especially when there are restrictions such as not being able to cancel a contract if it has unposted payslips, and similar situations.
To manage and update employee labor contracts, users are required to access each contract through either the employee interface or contract history interface, which leads to multiple operations, causing time-consuming and inefficient work.
Therefore, the 'HR Contracts (Viindoo)' module was developed to address these difficulties, helping to optimize management processes and improve work efficiency for users.
Key Features
- Add action buttons to update employee contract stages:
- New Stage:
- Start: Start the labor contract.
- Running Stage:
- Set to Renew: Move contract to To Renew status.
- Close: Move contract to Expired status.
- Cancel: Cancel the labor contract.
- Expired Stage:
- Renew: Renew contract and move back to Running status.
- Cancelled Stage:
- Set to New: Set contract back to New status.
- New Stage:
- Automatically track changes after users update information in certain fields on contract such as:
- Contract name,
- Job position,
- Trial period end date.
- Additionally, the module adds an 'All Contracts' menu, allowing users to access the kanban interface, from which they can:
- Monitor progress of contracts visually.
- Update contract status easily and quickly by dragging and dropping kanban cards.

Here you can track the progress of the contract through the New, Running, Expired, and Cancelled stages. In addition, you can drag/drop contracts to stage transitions easily.
