Problems
Enterprises manage some equipment in sets or direct parts of equipment. Therefore, the equipment department must assign enough equipment to prevent loss and perform the job at the highest quality.
Solutions
This module adds features to 2 modules:
- hr_maintenance module allocate equipments to employees/departments
- viin_maintenance module manage equipments according to the pedigree structure
This module allocates automatically directs part of the equipment when allocating equipment to employees or departments.

Installation
- Navigate to Apps.
- Search with keyword viin_hr_maintenance.
- Press Install.

- Navigate to Maintenance ‣ Equipments to create a new one or select equipment from the existing list (Note: the selected/created equipment should include parts).
Allocate the main equipment to employees or departments:
Choose to allocate to Employee, Department, or Other (Both Employee and Department) at the Used by field. With each option here, you will be allowed to choose employees or departments respectively.
When allocating the main equipment, its parts will be automatically allocated:
The information that is automatically recognized by the main equipment includes:- Used by;
- The relevant department or employee;
- Assigned Date.
