This app is especially useful for B2B that handle large quantities of products like rice, pulses, paints, and other bulk goods. With features that allow creating new products by blending existing items, managing stock levels, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Admin can select multiple products, mix them, and generate new items automatically, saving time and reducing errors. Another key feature is during sales quotations, where the admin can manually enter individual weights for each product, such as bags of rice or pulses, etc. The system then updates the total weight and calculates the billing based on the actual weight, ensuring pricing and higher customer satisfaction. Overall, this app reduces manual effort, enhances inventory accuracy, and provides flexible options for sales and product management, helping your business grow smoothly and efficiently.

Agro Inventory Management Features
Product Management & Mixing:
- Admins can create product templates, assign vendors, set quality standards, purchase and sales dates, and vehicle details. During mixing, products are selected by date and requirement, with automatic updates for bag weights, total weights in kilograms and quintals, and dynamic weight calculations based on inputs.
Weight Verification & Adjustment:
- Clicking "Check Weight" opens a window showing product name, default bag weight, and total weight in quintals. During sales, manually input individual bag weights directly into the quotation form. The system adds these weights to the product line automatically.
Sales Quotation Generate:
- Admins generate sale quotations, select vehicles, specify product quantities, and input actual bag weights. The system automatically calculates total weight in kg and quintals, and updates sale and cost prices based on the set prices per quintal.
Product Mixing & Ready Products:
- Admins can start mixing, create and manage product mixes, and set the mixing product name, quantity, and weight. After confirming the mix, a "Ready Product" popup appears, allowing further adjustments or manual entries of weights and prices.
Inventory & Movement History:
- All mixing data, weights, and product details are recorded in the inventory move history. The mixing option is available within inventory menus, real-time stock updates for both original and new products, and maintaining inventory integrity.
Delivery & Transaction Details:
- Admins can view complete delivery details, track product status, and manage orders from the backend. Carried over to customer invoices and transaction records, ensuring transparency and traceability.
Agro Inventory Management Workflow
- Admin creates product templates, selects vendor name, quality standards, purchase date, vehicle number, and sets sales and cost prices per quintal, and clicks on the update quantity button automatically adjusts weights in kilograms and quintals.
- Admin clicks the "Product Mixing" option.
- Selects the date and chooses products for mixing based on specific requirements.
- Adds products, which auto-updates bag weight in kg, enters quantity, and dynamically calculates total weights in kg and quintals based on product input.
- Admin can manually update total weights, both in kg and quintals, and weights in the mixing template.
- After selecting and entering product details, the admin clicks "Confirm Mixing".
- Admin clicks "Ready Product", opens "Ready Products" popup where they can assign product name, available quantity, and bag weight in kg.
- Auto-calculates total weight in kg and quintals, which can also be entered manually. Click on the "Generate Product" button.
- Admin can edit weights, prices, and quantities at any time in the "Ready Product" page.
- Click the "Ready Product" smart button to go to the final ready product page for review or further adjustments.
- Admin creates a new sales quotation, selecting the vehicle number and the ready product for sale.
- Enter the desired quantity and actual bag weight in quintals.
- The product amount auto-updates based on weight, but can be adjusted if needed.
- Click "Check Weight"; a window opens showing product name, default bag weight, and total weight in quintals.
- Add the number of bags. The system auto-fills default weights and total weights in Qtl.
- Enter actual bag weight; the system recalculates and updates total weight automatically.
- With weights verified, proceed to validate delivery and generate an invoice.
- Click the "Delivery" smart button to view delivery status and details.
- All product mixing, weight adjustments, and delivery movements are recorded in the inventory move history.
- The product mixing option is also available under the inventory products menu.

General
Product Template
In the product template, add fields for product mixing, vendor name, quality, purchase date, and vehicle number. Set the sale and cost prices in quintals. Click "Update Quantity" to automatically adjust weights in both kg and quintals.
Product Mixing Option
Click the product mixing option to create a new mix.
Create Product Mixing
Select the date for product mixing and choose the necessary products. Adding products automatically updates the bag weight (kg), and entering the quantity automatically calculates the total weight in kg and quintals. After adding, move to the "Other Info" tab for further details.
Ready Product Button
Select a salesperson from the list, then click "Confirm Mixing". After that, click the "Ready Product" button.
Ready Products Popup
After clicking "Ready Product", a popup appears for adding products, defining the mixing name, and entering quantities and bag weights. The total weights are auto-calculated or can be manually adjusted. Click on the "Generate Product" button.
Smart Buttons
Use the "Ready Product" button to access prepared products, and the "Delivery" button to check delivery information.

View delivery product mixing details along with the current status.
Delivery Products Details
View complete delivery details in the backend.
Ready Product List
After clicking the "Ready Product" smart button, you'll be taken to the mixing overview page, where the admin can edit the ready product data anytime.

The ready product template allows the admin to customize and update details freely.
Create a Sales Quotation
Create a sale quotation, select the customer and vehicle number, add products to the sale order line, and enter the quantity and actual bag weight in quintals (Qtl). The product amount updates automatically but can be adjusted as needed. Click "Check Weight" to verify and confirm the product weight.
Bag Weight Calculation Popup
When you click "Check Weight," a window opens displaying the product name. First, enter the number of bags, and the system will automatically fill in the default weight per bag and the total weight in quintals (Qtl). Then, input the actual bag weight, and the system will automatically calculate and update the total weight in quintals. This makes it quick and easy to verify the bag weight per quantity accurately.
Verified Weight
After calculating the bag weight, the sale order details automatically adjust based on the verified weight per quintal.
Validate Delivery
Validate the delivery and access detailed shipment information easily.
Customer Invoice Detail
Product details are displayed on the customer invoice for clarity and transparency.
Payment Details
View detailed transaction information for product payments.
Move History Records
The inventory move history records all product mixing activities and stock movements for easy tracking.
Product Mixing Page
The product mixing interface displays sales, inventory details, and a history of product activities with status updates.
