Once they click "Pay Securely" the transaction completes. Admins can see all payment transactions, process refunds, and review payment history easily from the backend. Merchants can see all sales and refunds, along with detailed transaction info on the NMI sandbox dashboard. Refund Handling:

  • Admins click "Refund" in the transaction list, enter the refund amount, add a reason, and submit. Refund details are fully recorded and visible in the backend.

Secure Card Entry:

  • Customers input their card number, expiration date, and CVV on NMI's secure portal, then click "Pay Securely" to finalize the payment.

Transaction Management:

  • Admins can view all payment and refund details in the backend, with the ability to process refunds quickly through a simple wizard.

Merchant Dashboard Access:

  • Merchants see all sales and refund transactions with full details on the NMI sandbox dashboard for oversight and reconciliation.

Customer Checkout:

  • Customers pick products, select NMI during checkout, and are redirected to a secure payment form to enter their card details.

Easy Setup & Activation:-

  • Admins select NMI as a payment provider, enter the security key and JS token, then enable or disable it from the backend.

NMI Payment Gateway with Refund Workflow

  • The admin navigates to Website > Configuration > Payment Provider and selects NMI.
  • The admin enters required credentials such as the Security key, Collect JS Token, and then publishes the setup.
  • The customer adds products to the cart, proceeds to the checkout at the frontend. The customer is redirected to the payment page, and they select the NMI payment method.
  • The customer fills in the card number, expiry date, and CVV in the secure form, then clicks the "Pay Securely" button.
  • Admin navigates to Website > Configuration > Payment Transactions to view the complete transaction history.
  • Admin finds the relevant transaction via the backend, clicks on the Payment ID to view details.
  • On the payment detail page, the admin clicks the Refund button. Open the NMI refund wizard: Enter the refund amount and write the refund reason according to preference. Admin clicks Refund. The refund transaction is processed through NMI.

NMI Payment Providers

On the Payment Providers page, select the NMI payment provider to enable it for transaction processing.

Enter The Credentials

Select the NMI payment provider to enable it for processing transactions. Once NMI is enabled, enter the required credentials, including the Security key, Collect JS token.

NMI From Payment Method

To proceed with online transactions, you need to enable the NMI payment option in the payment method settings. This allows customers to make NMI payments during the checkout process.

After selecting the products during the checkout process, proceed to the payment section, and select the NMI payment method for processing your online transaction.

NMI Card Details

Once you select the payment option, enter the card details. Provide the card number, expiration date, and CVC code as required. Verify that all information is accurate before proceeding to finalize the payment.

Payment Information

The payment confirmation is displayed successfully, indicating that the transaction has been processed.

Payment Transaction History List

Access the configuration settings and select payment transactions to view the payment transaction history. This section will display all transaction records along with their current status for easy monitoring.

NMI Transaction Details and Payment ID

View the complete payment transaction details, which include the NMI transaction ID, NMI transaction currency, and NMI transaction status. Also, click on the payment ID to process a refund.

NMI Refund Process

On the payment page, you can view details of the order process using the NMI payment option. To initiate a refund, click the refund button corresponding to the amount you wish to refund.

Refund Wizard

To issue a refund, open the NMI refund wizard: Enter the refund amount and write the refund reason according to preference. Admin clicks Refund. The refund transaction is processed through NMI.

Refund Payment Transaction History

Show the refund payment transaction history along with their statuses on the payment transaction page. This information allows for the efficient tracking of all refund transactions processed.

Refund Transaction Details

Display the complete details of the refund transaction, including the refund amount. In the NMI refund details section, provide the NMI transaction ID, NMI transaction currency, and NMI transaction status.

The merchant can view all sales and refunds by selecting a date and clicking the 'Today Transaction' button.
