POS Order Estimates

The POS Order Estimate app enhances sales by allowing POS users to send order estimates to customers before finalizing transactions. POS users can add products to the POS cart and send an order estimate directly to the customer's email. This feature streamlines communication and provides customers with a detailed breakdown of their intended purchases, aiding in informed decision-making. Admin can view and manage all order estimates in the backend, tracking essential details such as estimate reference ID, date, customer information, taxes, and total amounts.

POS Order Estimates Features

Dual Button Options:

  • Create Order: After creating an order estimate, POS users can click this button to proceed with the current estimate and return to the POS screen with the same cart contents.
    New Order Estimate: Use this for sending new estimates. Upon selecting this option, the POS screen refreshes, allowing users to add different items to the cart for a new estimate.

Order Estimate Functionality:

  • POS users can send order estimates, transparent communication with customers before payment. Simply add items to the cart and use the Order Estimate button to generate and send the estimate to customers.

Backend Management:

  • Admins can access a comprehensive view of order estimate histories, showing reference ID, customer details, and order amounts within the backend for management and reporting purposes.

Email Delivery:

  • Customers receive order estimates via email, provided by the POS user, and they have all the necessary purchase details before payment confirmation.

Seamless POS Integration:

  • The app integrates effortlessly with the POS system, smooth transitions between creating estimates and generating final orders.

  • The POS user adds products to the cart.
  • Tap the order estimate button to proceed.
  • The POS user enters the customer's email ID and sends the order estimate receipt to their email.

Order Estimate Button

The POS interface displays the order estimate button. Clicking it will generate an estimate for the selected products and services.

Enter Customer Email ID

Input the customer's email ID in the POS to automatically send the order receipt estimate to the customer. Click Create Order to continue.

Order Estimate Option

Navigate to Point Of Sale, then go to Orders and select Order Estimate. Click on the Order Estimate option to access the list.

Order Estimate List

The backend displays a list of all previous estimate records, allowing the admin to review.

Order Estimate Detail

The system provides a detailed view of each order estimate in the backend.

Order Estimate Email Dispatch

The customer receives the order estimate via email with an attached receipt. Click the attachment to view the details.

View POS Receipt

Customer can view the POS receipt in their email inbox, which they can download or print as needed.

New Order Estimate

Click the 'New Order Estimate' to create a new estimate. Existing cart items are cleared, and the new products are added for the latest estimate.
