Dynamic Fee Management in Sales Quotation:

  • Click the "Add Fees" button on the sales quotation page to open the optional fee popup. This popup displays a dropdown list of available optional fees, which can be selected and added directly to the order line. The total amount will update automatically to reflect the added fees.

Create Custom Fees Easily:

  • Admins navigate to Sales -> Configuration -> Fees, where they can add new custom fees by entering a fee name, selecting a fee product, and specifying a fixed amount.

Multiple Custom Fee Rules:

  • Create rules based on customer, products, minimum order amounts, countries, and calendar dates, allowing precise control over when and how fees are applied.

Fee Applicability Options:

  • Admins set fees as Required (automatically added to the order line during sales quotations) or Optional (shown as an additional choice for the customer).

Products

Navigate to Sales > Products to set up custom fee service products. This allows you to define specific charges that can be attached to sales and invoices.

Custom Fee Options

In the sales configuration menu, access Custom Fee and click New to create a custom fee. This helps in managing special charges.

Set Custom Fee Rule

The admin provides a fee name, selects a matching fee product, and enters a fixed amount. They then choose between required and optional, and configure rules based on customer, product, minimum order, country, and calendar.

Select Optional Option Fee

The admin chooses the optional fee option and then selects the customer to whom to apply the fee accordingly. This allows for flexible and targeted fee management.

Admins can review a comprehensive list of all available custom fees.

Create Sale Quotations

Open Sales > Orders > Quotations, choose a customer, and the required fee will be added automatically. Use the add fees button to include additional optional charges.

Click the add fees button to open the optional fee popup. Select a fee from the dropdown list and click add to include it in the order. Repeat the process to add more optional fees as needed, based on your preferences.

The admin sets the minimum order amount required to apply the fee. This ensures fees are only applied to qualifying orders.

Add Fee

Required fees are automatically added to the order line when the order amount is below the minimum threshold. If the amount exceeds the minimum, the fee is removed automatically.

Fees By Countries And Calendar

Apply the fee by choosing the country and date.

Fees are available for addition only when the country and date are selected, facilitating targeted fee configuration and regional billing compliance.
