It enables admins to define flexible fee rules based on customers, products, minimum order amounts, countries, and specific dates. Admins can easily set up custom fees, specify fixed amounts, and categorize fees as required or optional. These fees automatically apply to sale order lines or can be selected by the admin, ensuring transparency and control. The app ensures accurate fee calculation, improves billing accuracy, and boosts customer trust by displaying fee details on invoices. Overall, this tool enhances sales management, supports regional customization, and helps accommodate business-specific fee structures efficiently.

Dynamic Fee Management in Sales Quotation:
- Click the "Add Fees" button on the sales quotation page to open the optional fee popup. This popup displays a dropdown list of available optional fees, which can be selected and added directly to the order line. The total amount will update automatically to reflect the added fees.
Create Custom Fees Easily:
- Admins navigate to Sales -> Configuration -> Fees, where they can add new custom fees by entering a fee name, selecting a fee product, and specifying a fixed amount.
Multiple Custom Fee Rules:
- Create rules based on customer, products, minimum order amounts, countries, and calendar dates, allowing precise control over when and how fees are applied.
Fee Applicability Options:
- Admins set fees as Required (automatically added to the order line during sales quotations) or Optional (shown as an additional choice for the customer).
Automatic Fee Application:
- When the admin creates sales quotations or orders, required fees are added automatically, while optional fees can be added via an add fees button.
User-Friendly Interface:
- The app offers a straightforward setup process and easy fee management, reducing admin workload and minimizing errors.

Sales Custom Fee Workflow
- Admin creates fee service products to define custom fees.
- Navigate to Sales > Configuration > Fees, click on Fees, then click the new button to create a custom fee.
- Create a custom fee rule by entering the name, selecting the fee product, and inputting a fixed amount. The admin then picks between required and optional options based on their needs.
- Set custom fees for customers, products, minimum order values, countries, and specific dates.
- Create a sales quotation in Sales > Orders > Quotations. The required fee is applied automatically, and optional fees can be selected based on your preferences.

Products
Navigate to Sales > Products to set up custom fee service products. This allows you to define specific charges that can be attached to sales and invoices.
Custom Fee Options
In the sales configuration menu, access Custom Fee and click New to create a custom fee. This helps in managing special charges.
Set Custom Fee Rule
The admin provides a fee name, selects a matching fee product, and enters a fixed amount. They then choose between required and optional, and configure rules based on customer, product, minimum order, country, and calendar.
Select Optional Option Fee
The admin chooses the optional fee option and then selects the customer to whom to apply the fee accordingly. This allows for flexible and targeted fee management.

Admins can review a comprehensive list of all available custom fees.
Create Sale Quotations
Open Sales > Orders > Quotations, choose a customer, and the required fee will be added automatically. Use the add fees button to include additional optional charges.
Add Optional Fee Popup
Click the add fees button to open the optional fee popup. Select a fee from the dropdown list and click add to include it in the order. Repeat the process to add more optional fees as needed, based on your preferences.

The admin confirms the sale quotation by clicking the confirm button.

Add Fees to Order Lines
Whenever fees are included in the order lines, the total amount adjusts automatically. This maintains precise and current order totals.
Customer Invoice
Fees shown in the order lines are reflected in the customer invoice, providing a detailed and transparent view of charges.
Custom Fee By Product
Select the products to which you want to apply fees.
Add Fee In Order Line
When products are selected, the fee is automatically added based on the configured fee products. These fees are accurately applied to relevant items
Fee By Order Amount
The admin sets the minimum order amount required to apply the fee. This ensures fees are only applied to qualifying orders.
Add Fee
Required fees are automatically added to the order line when the order amount is below the minimum threshold. If the amount exceeds the minimum, the fee is removed automatically.
Fees By Countries And Calendar
Apply the fee by choosing the country and date.
Add Fee Button
Fees are available for addition only when the country and date are selected, facilitating targeted fee configuration and regional billing compliance.
