Frequently Asked Questions
Is Signifyd Included with the Module?
No, Hibou's Signifyd module sends data to and retrieves data from Signifyd. Signifyd is a standalone service that must be purchased independently of this module. Contact Signifyd for further details here: https://signifyd.grsm.io/hibou
What Happens when an Order is Declined?
When an order is declined by Signifyd, this will be represented by:
- A smart button on the order showing the case score in red
- Signifyd Status displayed in both the list view and on the order form view
- A smart button on the delivery order that displays "Hold" in red
- If configured, activities will be scheduled for users so they can take next steps, which typically includes notifying the customer and cancelling/refunding the order
Why do I receive an error when attempting to register my webhooks?
Signifyd only supports one event type webhook per team. If you have already registered webhooks for the team you are attempting to configure in Odoo, you will need to delete the existing webhooks for that team in Signifyd and then you will be able to re-register the webhooks within Odoo.
