Send Odoo events to WhatsApp through your BusinessChat account
Automatically notify your customers on WhatsApp when an invoice is posted, a sale order is confirmed, or a delivery is completed — using your existing BusinessChat platform.
What it does
Invoice posted
When a customer invoice is posted, the event is sent to your BusinessChat webhook, including a link to the invoice.
Sale order confirmed
When a sale order is confirmed, the order details are sent to your BusinessChat webhook.
Delivery feedback
After a delivery is completed, a feedback/review event is sent so you can follow up with the customer on WhatsApp.

Requirements
This module requires an active BusinessChat account and a Callback URL (webhook) from BusinessChat. It does not send WhatsApp messages on its own — it forwards Odoo events to BusinessChat, which handles the WhatsApp messaging. Learn more at businesschat.io.
Data & privacy
When an event is enabled, this module sends the related record's data to the BusinessChat webhook URL you configure. This includes the customer name, phone, email, and order/invoice details, so BusinessChat can send the WhatsApp message. No data is sent until you enable an event and set a URL.
