Install Module
Install whatsapp_wppconnect from Apps or upload the ZIP via Settings → Apps → Update Apps List.

Configure WPPConnect
Go to WhatsApp → Configurations. Enter your server IP, port, session name, and security token.

Scan QR Code
Click Authenticate. A QR code appears â scan it with your WhatsApp app to link the session securely.

Start Sending!
The WhatsApp button now appears on all invoices, quotations, sale orders, and the POS screen.

Can I edit the message before sending?
Yes. A send wizard appears with the customer phone number and a pre-filled personalised caption â both fully editable before you click Send.

Every sent message is logged under WhatsApp → Message Log with document name, recipient, date/time, and delivery status.
