Simplified Manufacturing
Overview
Introducing ZestyBeanz's Simplified Manufacturing Module, an odoo addon designed to optimize your manufacturing operations with an intuitive interface. This module allows users to efficiently manage consumed and produced products by selecting items and their lots, generating new lots, and validating inventory seamlessly.
Key Features
Product and Lot Selection: Select consumed products and their lots, Choose the produced product for streamlined tracking.
Lot Generation:Generate a new lot for the produced product with a dedicated button.
Real-Time Tracking:Monitor inventory changes instantly during production.
User Access Control: Control access for validating inventory and stock conversion.
After Installing the module
Navigate to Settings > Users.
Two new user groups added.
1.Allow Validate Inventory in Stock Conversion : For access to validate the inventory in stock conversion.
2.Allow access to Stock Conversion : For access the stock conversion menu.
Navigate to Inventory > Operations menu.
A new menu 'Stock Conversion' Will be added.
While Creating a new stock conversion entry,
=>The below form opens.
* In the 'To be consumed Item' section we can add the products consumed to produce new product.
* In the 'To be Produced Item' section we can add the products to be produced.
Here, Select the 'To be consumed items' with lots and 'To be produced Items'.
Click the 'Generate Lot' buttton to generate lot for produced items
The images below show the selected products with on-hand quantities before validating the inventory.
Click the 'Validate Inventory' button to perform the inventory validation.
After Validating Inventory:
Perform stock adjustments:
* Decrease inventory for consumed products
* Increase inventory for produced products with the new lot.
