- Set Up Automated Triggers: Go to the SMS Templates menu to define the events that will trigger SMS notifications, such as order placed, order confirmed, or invoice paid. Link the appropriate SMS template to each event to automate communication.
- Manage Contact Groups: Organize your contacts into groups (such as customers or suppliers) in the SMS Groups section. This allows you to send bulk messages or create personalized SMS campaigns targeted to specific groups.
- Schedule & Send SMS: Use the SMS feature to create and send SMS messages manually, or save them as drafts for future sending. You can also schedule SMS messages to be sent at a later time to ensure timely communication.
- Set Webhook for Real-Time Updates: Organize your contacts into groups (such as customers or suppliers) in the SMS Groups section. This allows you to send bulk messages or create personalized SMS campaigns targeted to specific groups.
- Manage Contact Groups: Enable Developer Mode and go to Settings, then Technical. Scroll down to System Parameters, click on New, and enter the webhook URL. Set the key as webhook.url and the value as server_link/sms/twilio/status to enable real-time updates.
- Monitor SMS Status: After sending messages, use the SMS Gateway Dashboard to monitor real-time performance, view delivery statuses, and track SMS metrics. This will help you effectively manage and optimize your SMS communication strategy.
