Users can easily access the Gantt view within the Time off module by clicking on the Gantt icon. This provides a visual representation of time off schedules, allowing users to easily understand the allocation of resources over time.

Effortless Creation of Time Off Requests

Users can easily create time off requests by clicking on the "Create" button and filling in essential information such as Time Off Type, Start and End Date, and Description. The details of these requests are automatically saved and seamlessly integrated into the Gantt view, providing a clear visualization of scheduled time off.

Utilize Full Screen Mode

To enhance visualization, users can switch to full-screen mode with a single click. This feature enables users utilize the Full Screen Mode for better visualization, ensuring a comprehensive view of time off distributions.

View Options

Users can switch between different views such as day, week, month, and yearly, enabling them to gain a broader perspective on time off allocations. Timeline Navigation features, including 'Next,' 'Previous,' and 'Today' buttons, facilitate seamless navigation through the timeline, ensuring efficient management of time off schedules.

Editing and Deleting Entries

Double-clicking on any timeline allows users to edit or delete time off entries, providing flexibility in managing schedule changes. Users can easily modify details or remove entries by clicking on the respective edit or delete buttons, ensuring accurate and up-to-date time off records.

Grouping, Filtering, and Favorites

Organize data efficiently by grouping, filtering, and marking favorites within the Gantt view. Like other views like list and kanban, users can customize their view to suit their specific requirements.

Creating New Entries

Users can create new timeoff records directly within the Gantt chart interface by dragging on a space within the timeline. This intuitive feature simplifies the process of adding new entries to the timeoff schedule.

Updating Entries

Users can conveniently update task timelines within the Gantt view by simply dragging existing entries to new dates, facilitating flexible and agile production scheduling.
