Step 1: Configure Price Lists

Navigate to Settings > Users, then look for the Dynamic Price List access rights in the user form view. Assign the appropriate access rights to the user. Once done, you will see the AIPL Module in the Apps menu. Click on it, and you will see four sections: Build Your Products, Assembly Categories, Assembly Parts, and Product Name. Start by opening the Product Name section, where you can add the product name. Next, go to the Assembly Categories section to list the different categories of the assembly. Finally, open the Assembly Parts section, where you will find multiple fields to fill: Part Name, Assembly Category Selection, Product Name, Assembly Part Code, Assembly Price Simplex?, Assembly Price Duplex, Unit, and Construction Symbols. Step 1: Configure Price Lists

The next step is to work on the Build Your Products section, where you will actually build your product. In this section, you can directly upload the product and calculate the price, all in one page. Although it may seem a bit complex, don't worry—I will provide detailed steps to guide you through it.

First, go to the Apps menu and update the Auto_Integrated_Price_List. Next, click on Sales > Products, where you will see the dropdown list for the Auto Integrated Price List. If you cannot see it, ensure you have assigned the necessary rights by managing the user's access in Settings > Users, where you will find the option to select Assembly Manager or Assembly User according to your preference.

Now, go to Sales > Products > Build Your Products, where you will see all the dynamically generated new selection fields along with all the features. These same features can now also be selected from the Sales Quotation view.

Step 2: Select Your Product and View Price

Now, you are able to select your product by choosing the relevant fields in the form. Once you’ve selected the product, you will see the price automatically generated along with the product's description. This feature simplifies the process and makes your workflow much easier by allowing you to manage everything in one place.

Try selecting a product and see how the dynamic price and details are displayed. This step will give you a better understanding of how the module works in real-time, ensuring you can effectively manage complex product pricing with minimal effort.
