Add Terms & Conditions in Sales Orders
Go to Sales > Configuration > Terms and Conditions
Fill in Short Name and Terms.
In the Sales Order:
- ✔️ Check "Use Default Terms and Conditions"
- It will Autofill the Default Terms and Condition field
- ✔️ Or we can Select manually
- 🔽 T&C Show In the Default Terms and Condition Field
- 📝 Edit the text manually if needed
Add Terms & Conditions in Purchase Orders
Go to Purchases > Configuration >PO Terms and Conditions
Fill in Short Name and Terms.
In the Purchase Order:
- ✔️ Check "Use Default Terms and Conditions"
- It will Autofill the Default Terms and Condition field
- ✔️ Or we can Select manually
- 🔽 T&C Show In the Default Terms and Condition Field
- 📝 Edit the text manually if needed
Add Terms & Conditions in Delivery Orders
Go to Inventory > Configuration > Delivery Terms and Conditions
Fill in Short Name and Terms.
In the Delivery Order:
- ✔️ Check "Use Default Terms and Conditions"
- It will Autofill the Default Terms and Condition field
- ✔️ Or we can Select manually
- 🔽 T&C Show In the Default Terms and Condition Field
- 📝 Edit the text manually if needed

Go to Accounting > Configuration > Invoice Terms and Conditions
Fill in Short Name and Terms.
In the Invoice:

- It will Autofill the Default Terms and Condition field
