Account Cancel Documents
Description
This module creates a user group called "Cancel Accounting Documents". Only the members of this group will see the "Cancel" button on Accounting Documents.
Configuration
Go to Settings - - > Users & Companies - - > Users.
"Cancel Accounting Documents" boolean group is added under the Access Rights tab of the user for this functionality.
If the boolean is True, then the cancel button will be visible to the user in the Accounting Documents.
Functionality
When the boolean is enabled, the cancel button will be visible to the user in the Accounting Documents as shown below.
In Bills
Go to Accounting - - > Vendor - - > Bills.
In Payments
Go to Accounting - - > Customer - - > Payments.
When the boolean is disabled, the cancel button will not be visible to the user in the Accounting Documents as shown below.
Note: The cancel button will not be visible in the confirmed state either.
