Account Invoice Sent/Print
Description
This module is configured to reflect the status of an invoice, specifically indicating that the invoice has been sent or printed.
Functionality
After installing the Account Invoice Sent/Print application , the feature will be enabled.
Sent/Print boolean is created in the Invoices, Credit Notes, Bills, Refunds and Journal Entries for this functionality which can be manually enabled or disabled by the user.
In Invoices
Go to Accounting - - > Customers - - > Invoices. Select any invoice.
The Sent/Print boolean will automatically be enabled while sending the document in Invoice, Credit Note, Bill, Refund and the Boolean is available in Journal Entries .
Users can filter not sent invoices by Not Sent/Print field.
