Account Invoice Show Cancel Button
Description
This module is configured to display the "Cancel" button for an invoice with a zero amount and is in the Paid State. The button appears on both the customer invoices and vendor bills.
Functionality
After installing the Account Invoice Show Cancel Button application, the feature will be enabled.
In Invoices
Go to Accounting - - > Customers - - > Invoices.
We have included a “Cancel” button in the Invoices.
If the invoice amount is 0, the button will be visible.
If the invoice amount exceeds 0, the button will not be visible.
In Credit Notes
Go to Accounting - - > Customers - - > Credit Notes.
We have included a “Cancel” button in the Credit Notes.
If the credit note amount is 0, the button will be visible.
If the credit note amount exceeds 0, the button will not be visible.
In Bills
Go to Accounting - - > Vendors - - > Bills.
We have included a “Cancel” button in the Bills
If the bill amount is 0, the button will be visible.
If the bill amount exceeds 0, the button will not be visible in the bill.
In Refunds
Go to Accounting - - > Vendors - - > Refunds
We have included a “Cancel Entry” button in the Refunds.
If the refund amount is 0, the button will be visible.
If the refund amount exceeds 0, the button will not be visible.
