Account Payment Cancel Warning
Description
This module does not allow Reset to Draft for the payment that have already been reconciled.
Functionality
After installing the Account Payment Cancel Warning application, the feature will be enabled.
Go to Accounting - - > Customers - - > Invoices.
Create a new invoice and confirm it.
Create a payment entry using the “Register Payment” button.
After registering the payment, the invoice is in the “IN PAYMENT” state.
The associated payment for the invoice is shown below.
A bank statement line needs to be created to reconcile the payment of the invoice.
Refer to the bank statement reconciled with the payment in the image below.
If "Reset to Draft" is clicked by the user for the payment entry, a warning message will be thrown.
The payment entry will be able to be reset by the user only when the bank statement line is unreconciled.
