Odoo Account Period Lock App - Community Edition
Provide Accounting Periods Lock Odoo app features to apply validation based on the journal when the user creates and confirms an Invoice/Bill, and provide a unique period lock. Period lock restrictions will apply for the super user.
Period Locking Not Effected for Super User
Period Locking not apply on accounting when set super user access.
Unique Period Lock & Date Validation
Apply Unique Period Lock and Restriction when enter Invalid Date.
Apply Accounting Period Locking Restriction
Will Apply Accounting Period Locking Restriction when create & confirm invoice/bill.
Description
Account Period Lock
Configure Account Period Lock menu.
Apply Locking on Account Period
By Click on Lock Period Button then Account Period will be Locking Done based on Date and Journal.
Unique Account Period Lock & Validate Period Lock
Keep Unique Account Period Lock, raise warning message if account period lock already exist.
Validate Date & Show Message
Check entered From Date and To Date, if entered date is invalid then will show the validation message.
Will be Apply Account Period Lock when Create Customer Invoices
Will be Apply Account Period Lock & Show validation message when Create Customer Invoices according configured Journal and From Date and To Date.
Will be Apply Account Period Lock when Confim Customer Invoices
Will be Apply Account Period Lock & Show validation message when Confim Customer Invoices according configured Journal and From Date and To Date.
Allow Super User Access for Account Period Locking
Super user can be capable for create and confirm invoice/bill in configured account period locking situation.
Super User can Capable for Create & Confirm Invoices
Invoices Successfully create by Super User, does not apply create Restriction for Super User.
Invoices Successfully create and Confim by Super User, does not apply create/confirm Restriction for Super User.
Invoices Successfully Created & Confirmed done by Super User
Invoices Successfully Created & Confirmed by super user access, period locking will be not restricted for super user.
