This is a basic app for payment fees on Odoo 17
Since Odoo 17, there is a new concept called payment method. A payment provider (Stripe, Square, Adyen, etc.) can support multiple payment methods (Card, ACH Debit, etc.).
Depending on the payment methods, the fees will vary. The app will allow you to configure the fee for each payment method.

List features:
1. Configure payment fees for various payment methods.
- If 'Default Payment Method Fee' is enabled, then if a payment method is not configured with a fee, it will take the fee from the payment method that has 'Default Payment Method Fee' enabled.
Each payment provider can have only one 'Default Payment Method Fee' enabled.
- Tip: For example, if the same payment provider has two payment methods: Card and ACH Debit.
You want to charge a payment fee for the Card payment method and not charge a payment fee for the ACH Debit payment method, you would configure it as follows:
- Set the parameters of the ACH Debit line to 0.
2. Compute payment fee and show it on paymnet method.
If you have the payment method fee configured as described above, the checkout page and portal will show the fees as follows:
3. Automatically add a payment fee line on sale order line and invoice line after customer paid.
Note that this is just a basic app. You have to implement adding fees to the transaction yourself when calling the provider's API.
