Import and Export product lines

Export existing product lines or import new ones from a template.

Bid Submission Stage

Vendors would be able to submit their bid from website.

Bid Evaluation Stage

User would be able to evaluate all legit bids in this stage.

Bid Selection Stage

User get suggested the best bid automatically and can confirm purchase.

Purchase Order

On confirmation purchase order is confirmed to the vendor along with confirmation mail.

Product Wise Tender

Users would be able to choose bid for individual products and confirm corresponding bids.

Product Wise Bid Selection Page

Users can select and reselect bids based on their price.

Tender Snippet Page

Drag and Drop the tender management snippet to website page.

Tenders in Bid Submission Stage are shown in the website.

Vendor Registration Page

Vendors can register from website on successful registration portal access is granted.

Single Vendor Website Page

Vendors can submit their price through website bid with zero product price will not be considered legit bid.

Tender Document and Description Page

Vendors can download related tender files.

Bid Submission

After Giving up product prices vendors can click on register button to submit their bid.

Vendor Bid History

Vendor can see all submitted bids for different tenders in my account page.

Edit Request

Vendor can request for bid edit request after submission by clicking edit request in website.

Product Wise Vendor Website Page

Vendor can choose to bid for products of their choice ,only those product would be considered for bidding process.

Tender Bid Page

User can disqualify or qualify bids after verification and corresponding mail would be sent to the vendor.

Tender Bid Tree View

Bid with edit request and confirmed bid are shown in different color.

Approve Edit Request

After Vendor submits Edit Request in website user can approve it in the tender bidding page.
