Merge Tickets of your Helpdesk in Odoo
This module is only applicable in Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh
Available in multi-languages like English, German / Deutsch, Arabic, Spanish / Espanol, French / Francais, Chinese, Portuguese/Portugalsuitable for your any location
Features:
- Eliminate the need for agents to handle multiple separate tickets for the same or similar issues
- Instead of receiving multiple communications or updates for the same issue, customers will see a single, consolidated ticket that captures all relevant information and interactions.
- Provide more accurate data for reporting and analytics purposes.
- Avoid duplication and clutter in the helpdesk system.
Guidelines
In Helpdesk module if you are a admin user then go to "All Tickets" option in tickets menu.
There are no validations on merging tickets if they are not merged earlier, you can merge more than two tickets at a time with option in "action".
A wizard pop-up which shows all descreption and further action like how configurable you want to make it, like merge it in same label of tickets
Or you can create up a new ticket with new label and subject it with a reason.
The new tickets is created with a new label also with smart button to represent the formal tickets.
