Module is use for create a link in insights for open or create crm lead.

Note

* This module is tested and working for Odoo enterprise edition.
* This module was developed and tested on basis of standard functionality and features of odoo,
   with other custom modules and customization, it may conflict.
* Add more features and fix code of other customisation will be subject to extra development.

* Export Contacts from Odoo to Aircall : This cron will only proceed the contacts using below checks.

  • Contacts that contains the email and phone, contact will not be proceeded if the phone or email empty.
  • PhoneNumber format should be correct with '+' at the start of the phone and it should be with the correct
    country phone code.
  • Maximum 55 records will be proceeded ('id' in descending order) to be synced at once. Next records will
    be proceeded in the next call, this is due to the API POST limit at once.

HOW TO USE

- Insights Card
As the call is ongoing it shows contact details in the view details option.
An Insights Card will pop up from downward which shows Odoo's contact name and lead/opportunities.
On click on contact it will redirect to the Odoo contact and
on click lead/opportunities, if contact has lead/opportunities then it will redirect to the tree view that will show multiple lines
and if contact has only one lead/opportunities for that contact then it will open form view.



When the user ended the call, after 30 seconds the call log will be available on contact and lead as in below screenshot: Also it attaches the call recording to the contact which is displayed in the tab named "Aircall Details", if the recording exists for that call.

Users can see lead/opportunities from the contact, the button which is available as per the below screenshot will show the numbers of lead/opportunities available in related contact, and click on that button user will be redirected to the lead/opportunities view.


After Clicking/Creating on lead/opportunities button it will show as in the below screenshot:


You can visible aircall menu on display show as in the below screenshot.

How to used fetch numbers button in AirCall configuration?

Fetching all aircall numbers in odoo using the fetch numbers button in the configuration setting after fetching number logs and recording functionality is working for aircall.

How to change number in AirCall?

AirCall number is not changeable because it is set when you are create your AirCall account.

How to change / add number in dial?

If you want to change the number, the option is available under the dialpad on the AirCall dialpad, and if you want to add a number, go to the AirCall account and click on the Team & User tab and add a user.

Where we can see odoo contacts in AirCall?

Go to the AirCall dialpad and click on the people menu, then select the contacts tab, and you can see the Odoo contacts.

why tags and notes are not showing with call detail in chatter?

once declined the call you have to close summary window by pressing X then logs and notes will be there in chatter with call detail logs.

I have Odoo 16, and I'm wondering if it's possible for the sales order (or sales record) to be displayed on the screen immediately when the end customer calls. Is this achievable with the integration of this application?
