How It Works
Follow the process step by step from the contact form to the final PDF.
Open from the Contact
Go to any customer or vendor record and click More > Statement of Account.
Set Statement Options
Select customer or vendor statement, choose the date range, enable overdue only if needed, then click Print PDF or Send by Email.
Get the Statement PDF
The generated PDF includes partner details, period, transaction lines, due dates, debit, credit, balance, and final closing amount.
