EMAIL MARKETING - MANAGE PREFERENCES WITHOUT LOGIN
Introduction
Email Marketing - Manage Preferences without Login module in Odoo v.17 helps recipients of email marketing campaigns adjust their email preferences without requiring them to login an Odoo account hence increasing the customer ease and enriching customer experience.

Workflow
- Setting-up a Mailing Template with the Unsubscribe and Update links.
- Once the mail is sent to the recipient, they can use the unsubscribe and update links.
- The link for unsubscribe: /unsubscribe_preferences.
- The link for update: /update_preferences.
- When they click on Update, they will be redirected to the page where they can view and change their subscribed mailing lists.
- When they click on Unsubscribe, they can opt-out from the mailing services by giving their reason for opting-out.
- In the Odoo System, the internal user will be able to see the list of recipients who opted-out or blacklisted themself from the mailing lists.
