 Default Templates Selection

A new setting enables users to select default email and quotation templates for sales orders and invoices. This simplifies the process by ensuring that the appropriate templates are automatically applied, reducing manual adjustments and ensuring consistency.

 





 Enhanced Quotation and Invoice Email Templates

This feature allows customization of quotation and invoice emails by adding sales team-specific information, including:

  • Custom Logo: Display the sales team's logo in email headers.
  • Signature: Include a unique email signature per sales team.
  • Expedition Address: Define a specific outgoing email address for each sales team.





 Hide Product Internal Reference in Sale Order Line Description

By default, Odoo includes the product's internal reference in the sales order line description. This feature allows hiding the internal reference to present a cleaner and more readable document for customers.

  

 Hide Sub-Line Details in Reports

A checkbox has been added to section-type lines in sales orders and invoices. When activated, it hides the details of sub-lines in reports, making documents more concise and visually clear for customers.


 Show/Hide products image on sale orders and stock picking reports

 



 Added supplier reference name and code to product search from product tree and invoice lines
