360 Performance Appraisal System

Transform raw survey data into actionable insights. This module provides a real-time executive dashboard for 360-degree feedback, featuring weighted scoring based on roles (Manager, Peer, Self, Subordinate), automatic diagnosis traffic lights, and integrated action plans linked to Odoo E-Learning.

Real-time Dashboard
Instant calculation of results as soon as surveys are submitted. Dynamic filters by survey, question, or answer.
Weighted Scoring
Define custom weights for each evaluator role: Direct Manager (e.g., 50%), Peers, Subordinates, and Self-evaluation.
Smart Diagnosis (GAP)
Automatic traffic light system (Green/Yellow/Red) based on configurable thresholds to identify competency gaps.
Action Plans & E-Learning
Directly link low scores to remedial courses or external URLs. Can be enabled/disabled seasonally.
Ironclad Security
Exclusive permission group ("360 Manager"). Even Survey Administrators cannot see the data without explicit access.

The Executive Dashboard

The core of the system is a modern, reactive (Owl-based) dashboard. It consolidates data from Odoo Surveys and applies your business rules instantly.
- Global Averages: See the overall score and total evaluations at a glance.
- Role Breakdown: Clear visual distinction between scores given by Self, Managers, Peers, and Reports.
- Dynamic Filtering: Drill down into specific questions or analyze groups of answers to find patterns.
Weighted Scoring & Automatic Diagnosis
Not all opinions carry the same weight. Configure the importance of each role in the final score. The system automatically calculates the weighted average and compares it against your defined thresholds.
The Traffic Light System:
Meets Expectations Score is above the excellence threshold (e.g., 4.0).
Acceptable Score is within the acceptable range (e.g., 3.0 - 3.9).
Does Not Meet Score is below the minimum requirement, triggering action plans.
Action Plans & Robust Configuration
Close the GAP with E-Learning
When a score falls below the minimum threshold, the system automatically suggests a "View Course" action. This button can be linked directly to your Odoo Slides modules or external training resources.
Total Control & Security
All parameters (weights, thresholds, action plans URL) are configurable from settings. Crucially, the entire module is protected by a unique "360 Manager" permission group, ensuring sensitive data remains confidential.
