Employee Information during Initial Setup: When an employee is initially created during the onboarding process, the module allows users to manually update essential information, including department, branch, reporting head, grade, and supervisor, thereby streamlining the setup and ensuring accurate default values.
Employee Branch-to-Branch Transfers: Automated Workflow with Notification System:EClicking on the 'Branch to Branch' menu in the Employee Module allows users to select a specific employee. The system will automatically fetch related details. Users can then alternately choose the new branch, department, grade, etc., and submit the changes. The system generates a sequence for identification and sends an email notification to the authorized person for review and approval of the transfer request.
Employee Branch Transfers Workflow:As part of the Inter-Branch transfer request process, a specific authorized person approves the request. The HR manager then triggers the transfer button, updating user-wise allowed branches and employee master information. This prompts a notification to the specific employee regarding the operational changes.
Inter-Branch Transfer Notifications: Keeping Stakeholders InformedUpon request and approval of an Inter-Branch transfer operation, email notifications will be generated to inform the employee, HR Manager, and authorized personnel, delivering updates to their respective email addresses.
Multi-Branch: Branch lists are useful for a single company and it supports the multi Company concept to track branch wise activities.
Multi-Company Setup: Configure the Multi-Company settings as needed, ensuring that branches are appropriately associated with specific companies for access. Additionally, note that the multi-branch management operations support seamless processing even within a single company.
Streamlined Payslip Management:Payslips can be generated based on the transferred branch contract, and all payslips from the previous branch and transferred branch can be tracked.
Intra-Branch Transfer Notifications:Upon request and approval of an Intra-Branch transfer operation, email notifications will be generated to inform the employee, HR Manager, and authorized personnel, delivering updates to their respective email addresses.

Updating User-Allowed Branch during Employee Transfer
Initiate the transfer process by clicking the Transfer button; the Employee's user-allowed branch will be updated to the Transfer branch, allowing future access for registering branch-wise activities.

Inter-Branch Transfer Tracking: Logging Emails and Operation Details
Record the Inter-Branch Transfer Request and the Transferred operation process, documenting it via email delivery to employees, HR, and authorized personnel. Register the details as log history, including delivered emails and the specified information mentioned below.
