Odoo 17 POS Self Service (Community)

Allows users to access self-service mode and it provides some facilities like depositing, changing customer PIN, send receipts via email.

Note: This module is tested and working in Odoo community edition but not tested in Enterprise version. And we are supporting Ubuntu OS and not Windows OS.
This module doesn't work with POS HR,POS Restaurant,POS Gift Card and POS Coupon Modules.
There is no link between the customer deposit amounts in this module and Accounting.

How to use

  • As per below image user can set configuration for the deposit service and customers.




  • After deposit configuration, user can deposit amount in the customer account by using customer's mobile number or customer's barcode.






  • As per below image user can set configuration for the self service.


  • After self service configuration, customers have to login with their mobile number or barcode and pin.




  • After successful login, customer can create self order and do the payments directly.




  • Back-end entry of the pos order created by the customers.


  • User can see transaction history of customer as per below image.


  • Customer receives the mail of the order details.


  • Customer can change pin by validating current pin and entering new pin.




  • User need to add the password to close the session.
