Add multi products lines from multiple templates in Picking order & Sale Order & Purchase Order

Overview

Reusable product lines templates can be made in Odoo’s Sales , purchase and inventory apps for common products or services. By using these templates, quotations , purchase order and picking order can be tailored and sent to customers at a quicker pace, without having to create new quotations , new purchase order , new picking order from scratch every time .

Products and services can be added manually or imported from one or more purchase orders, one or more sales orders, or one or more picking order. You can also mix Products and services lines by importing them from orders in different applications (such as mixing items included in the picking order with items included in the purchase order...).

In the sale quote, all sellers can add quote lines from Product Template Ready Lines. They can also add lines from one or more templates.

When they select a template and click "Add" the quote lines will be filled with all the items defined in the Product Template Ready Lines. They can also choose another template to add its lines to the same quote, in addition to the lines added from the previous template.

They can also add lines manually to the quote. They can also delete all lines if not canceled or not done.

The product or service name can be imported as it appears in the template, or not. If it is not imported, the row will be defined as standard in Odoo for the product or service sales name from the item data..
