OMAX INFORMATICS
Overview
This Vehicle/Auto Part Base module allows users to accurately map spare parts(products) to specific vehicle specifications using a structured configuration of Make, Model, Category, Variant, Manufacturing Year and Body Type.This ensures precise part identification, reduces mismatches, and improves inventory, procurement, and service accuracy within the Odoo ERP.
This module allows access rights for Auto Parts Users and Auto Parts Managers for necessary configuration of auto parts.
Ensures each part is linked to the exact vehicle specification.
Helps the ERP track which parts fit which vehicles, preventing overstock or understock.
Reduces errors caused by incorrect or incompatible parts.
Improves reliability for sales, service, and inventory teams.
Avoids stocking unnecessary parts that only fit rare variants.

Category menu and tree view with the fields of Category and Classification

Body Type menu and tree view
Body type form view with the smart button for the linked Models & Vehicles
Variant menu and tree view (by default groupby make)
